The responsibility for the terrorist attack in St. Petersburg on April 3 was taken over by the grouping "Katibat al-Imam Shamil", connected with the terrorist organization "Al Qaeda".

This is written by Zn. Ua with reference to SITE Intelligence Group, monitoring the activity of terrorist groups on the Internet.

In addition, it is noted that the terrorists demanded to withdraw Russian troops from Syria, and also stated that they are preparing new attacks in the cities of Russia.

Also representatives of the group added that Akbarjon Jalilov, who is considered the executor of the explosions, received instructions directly from the leader of Al-Qaeda, Ayman al-Zawahiri.

As reported by the "Observer", it became known earlier that the Investigative Committee and the Federal Security Service of Russia are checking information that the customer of the terrorist act in the metro of St. Petersburg could be a field commander nicknamed Abu Salah al-Uzbek.
