But due to the relatively difficult situation in the US economy and the colossal costs that this country incurs in connection with military operations abroad, they are forced to partially reduce them. Therefore, this is not a tragedy, it is not a complete cessation, but an attempt to save money.

This does not affect the international security system. The only thing, it will affect the individual programs for the respective regions. For example, if there is a program in the Middle East or Europe, it will be partially suspended or reduced. But this does not mean a complete cessation, since the cessation of the work of such programs in general is quite a dangerous thing. Therefore, no complete cessation will be carried out.
