The New York Times published two promotional videos for the series "The Truth is Hard to Find", which will be broadcast on American television. The whole series will include four videos - two more, dedicated to the storytellers from Chicago and Venezuela, will be published next week, writes Fast Company.

Created by the agency Droga5 and directed by Darren Aronofsky, the videos flashed with flashes of reportage frames, accompanying the picture with the stories of photojournalists Tyler Hicks and Brian Denton about their filming of Syrian refugees on the Greek island of Lesbos and the military operations against IGIL in Iraq, respectively.

In February, The New York Times already debuted with the first video from the series Truth Is Hard.

A clip with plain text on a white background, where truthful statements break through the information noise, was shown during the broadcast of the Oscar ceremony and collected more than 15 million views on the Web. Even Donald Trump responded to him, accusing the American media of lying in the usual manner. In his Twitter message, he called the New York Times advertisement "an attempt by the publication to restore its spoiled reputation".

Earlier Pulitzer Prizes among photographers were awarded for the frames of armed violence. In the nomination "News photo" a photographer of Ukrainian origin was awarded.
