The State Duma of the Russian Federation has forbidden to name children by numbers and obscene words

The State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted a law restricting the right of parents to give children names in the form of numbers, a combination of letters and numbers, abusive words and titles.

The law prohibits the use of "numbers, alphanumeric characters, numerals, symbols and non-letter characters, except for the hyphen, or any combination of either abusive words, ranks, titles, titles".

At the same time, the compound names and abbreviations did not fall under the restriction.

In the accompanying documents to the bill, the statistics of the Moscow registry offices, which has been maintained since 1998. Among the most unusual names that the boys received were the following:

Nikolay-Nikita-Nil, Khristamirados, Dolphin, Yaroslav-Lutobor, Luka-Happiness Summerset Ocean. During this period, the following unusual names were recorded for girls: April, Polina-Polina, Princess Daniella, Zarya-Zaryanitsa, Alyosha-Caprina, Ocean, Sofia-Solnyshko.

Earlier, the State Duma of the Russian Federation rejected the proposal of the Communist Party faction to check information on possible corruption actions of the country's Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
