In Belarus, a commemorative coin issued in the framework of the "113 Cities" project was published, on which the call "It's Time!" Is posted with the signature of Mayor Joseph Mogilev Leonovich, who convened citizens for the massacre of the Moscow occupants in 1661.

These words refer to the period of the 13-year war between the Muscovites and Rzeczpospolita, during which the Mogilevites liberated from Moscow occupants their captured city. The signal for the beginning of the uprising was this burgomaster's cry, "It's time!".

For a day the Mogilevites defeated the Moscow garrison, and for this the authorities returned to the city the selected Magdeburg law, and also gave a new coat of arms.

According to historians, in the course of the massacre in February 1661, the townspeople completely destroyed the seven thousandth garrison of the Moscow royal army.

It is noted that the souvenir coin dedicated to Mogilev is issued in a circulation of 100 units. In the series "113 cities of Belarus" this is not the first coin - the "Rubles" of Slutsk, Uzhdy, Kletsk and others were previously issued.
