In the central region of London, the car drove a group of pedestrians, reports The Telegraph with reference to the police headquarters.
As a result of the accident, four people were injured. The incident occurred around 22:55 local time near the Queen's Head pub at Essex Road No. 1.
As the representative of Scotland Yard specified, the people in the car "left the car and disappeared from the scene," but one of them, a man, was arrested. Now policemen are engaged in search of other participants of failure.
The police noted that "the incident is not regarded as related to terrorism," although the investigation into the circumstances of the incident continues.
