At least three famous Russians were subject to the decree of newly elected US President Donald Trump on the deportation of illegal immigrants from the country: Russian video blogger Ilya Madison, bodybuilder and blogger Alexander Shpak and video blogger and stand-up comedian Daniil Poperechny. All of them formally applied for asylum by crossing the US-Mexico land border or through airports, and then awaiting a decision from ICE officers with judicial findings on whether they could be granted entry under the simplified program.. Russian media reported this.

This simplified program, which previously allowed legal stay in the United States, no longer operates in the country. She was now suspended after the inauguration of the newly elected president, and by his decree, Donald Trump, which speaks of deportation of illegal immigrants, put the aforementioned Russians in conditions when they are illegally in the United States and subject to export of the country.

The name of the first Russian who was deported home is already known. This is Evgeny Mashikin, who was detained in the Russian Federation for participating in anti-war rallies.

As for the above-mentioned citizens of the Russian Federation, they are still awaiting a decision regarding their stay in the United States. Most likely, they, along with hundreds of other Russians who were “driven” into deportation prisons, will soon also be sent home.

It is worth noting that after the return of the Russian Federation, not all of them can be free. So, if we talk about Alexander Shpak, then in Russia a criminal case has already been opened against him, since he has repeatedly spoken out in support of Ukraine and even publicly stated that it was the Russian side that was to blame for the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric station.

As for the comedian Daniil Perevechny, he also opposed the invasion of the Russian Federation to Ukraine, but he was banned from entering Ukraine back in 2018 because of the anti-Ukrainian position. Although the ban is no longer in effect (it was in effect for only 3 years), the Russian’s position is still ambiguous: he stated that he does not support the Russian Federation, but he is not going to send donations in support of Ukraine, so as “not to be involved in the death of people.”.

But Ilya Madison can be happily welcomed back to the Russian Federation.

It is known that back in 2022 he was going to go to the Donbass, publicly expressed the support of the Russian war against Ukraine, but he went beyond his homeland after the start of mobilization in 2022.

Recall that after the inauguration, Donald Trump signed a decree on the closure of the southern border with Mexico. Focus reported this on January 23.

At the same time, it became known about a number of other decisions that the newly elected US President made immediately after the inauguration. Among them are the US withdrawal from WHO, suspension of Tiktok prohibition and renaming the Gulf of Mexico.
