In Ukraine they want to legalize hypnosis in places not approved by government agencies. People's Deputy from the Servant of the People Maxim Buzhansky announced this on January 6.

We are talking about bill No. 12030, authored by parliamentarian Lada Bulakh. It is proposed to allow hypnosis and other methods of psychological influence “anywhere”.

“If we don’t plan to become a country of shamans and charlatans, then, in my opinion, it’s a little overkill. Even if someone wants to legalize the Kashpirovskys at the end of the day,” Buzhansky emphasized.

However, the conclusion of the Chief Scientific and Expert Directorate states that this proposal “requires additional justification,” because the provision on limiting the places permitted for hypnosis “is intended to prevent harm to public health.”.
