The occupants of Balakleya declared Serhiy Agarkov, a participant in the show Ukraine Got Talent, who hit himself with an ax in the stomach and stuffed nails up his nose, as “deputy mayor”.

In the video, which the invaders distributed on the network, Agarkov, in the premises of the Balakleysky City Council, tears off a sign with the name of the head of the Izyum regional state administration, Stepan Maselsky.

Together with him, a former Kharkiv resident Sergey Moiseev, the head of a pro-Russian organization, who fled to the Russian Federation after the victory of the Revolution of Dignity in Ukraine, took part in this, writes Suspіlne.

Maselsky himself said that he had not watched the video and assured that the sign would be returned back.

Sergey Agarkov has been known for his anti-Ukrainian position since 2014, was the head of the Union of National Unity and one of the authors of the separatist project Road Map of Novorossia. Also fled from Kharkov to the Russian Federation.
