Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the President’s Office, urged Kharkiv residents to be ready for shelling of the city, if possible, take their children out, while once again noting that the city cannot be taken by the enemy. He stated this on air Feigin Live.

" We don't know for sure, but we can't rule it out.. Because it has reached the stage of operational readiness. The enemy today tried to move, relatively speaking, to Stary Saltov, to Russkaya Lozovaya and hit Kharkov during the day. And yesterday he beat with different means. That is, Kharkiv is a classic front-line city, which is being attacked. I'm afraid it's a long time. This whole story with the shelling of Kharkov,"

Arestovich believes that attempts to create problems for Kharkiv are connected, among other things, with the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Kherson. " Moreover, it is even almost a mirror. We are in the extreme south, and they are trying to create an analogy in the extreme north of Ukraine,"

The adviser to the head of the Presidential Office urged Kharkiv residents not to ignore air raid signals, take care of children, or better, take them out of the city. " The battle may be for Kharkov. I'm sure they won't take Kharkov. They probably won't even try.. But artillery fire and rocket attacks will.

This is extremely dangerous for civilians.. They should listen to the recommendations of the military administration, the military-civilian administration, and, frankly, I would remove the children from Kharkov,"

Also, the adviser to the head of the OP said that the enemy group, which is located in the area from Izyum to Popasnaya, has set in motion. " Again an attempt to move to Bervenkovo, Dolina, Krasnopolye, Bogorodichnoye, Svyatogorsk, to Prishib. Everyone is trying to cut our troops,"
