Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany Andriy Melnik said that Berlin will transfer to Ukraine the IRIS-T missile system - this is a German development of infrared homing missiles.
Germany has developed two versions of this system - for short and medium ranges.. Missile tests were completed only in January 2022. Maximum range - 40 km, and height - 20 km.
