Democratic world united around Ukraine. Dozens of countries express support not only in words: they impose sanctions, provide humanitarian and military assistance. Forbes analyzed the actions of each country since February 24 and, based on 11 criteria, determined the list of the most friendly states for Ukraine.

Four dozen countries significantly help Ukraine resist Russian aggression. Some by supplying weapons, others by introducing anti-Russian sanctions, some help with money or expel Russian diplomats. How to figure out who provides the most comprehensive assistance to our country in difficult times. Forbes identified 11 criteria indicating support for Ukraine and collected data from all countries of the world. Now it is easier to navigate who is who in the circle of friends of Ukraine.

The rating takes into account the vote at the UN General Assembly for the withdrawal of Russian troops, the imposition of sanctions against Russia and the closure of airspace for it, the recognition of the Russian/USSR Genocide against Ukraine, the expulsion of Russian diplomats, Russia's inclusion in the list of hostile countries, participation in a conference in support of Ukraine at the base. The rating takes into account the resistance of individual countries to the imposition of sanctions against Russia.

The score reflects support for governments, which does not always match the support of the majority of citizens.. Thus, the government of Georgia, despite thousands of demonstrations in support of Ukraine, does not take action against the aggressor country.

The maximum number of points is 100. Countries that have received more than 40 points can be considered friendly (there are 40 in total). We deliberately do not put a place in this rating - all these countries (and not only them) help Ukraine to counter Russian occupation.
