Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba and Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky agreed on positions against the background of aggressive actions by the Russian Federation and on the eve of a number of diplomatic contacts between the United States, NATO, OSCE and Russia.
