The co-defendant in all three claims will be the election commission. OPORA demands to declare illegal the actions on drawing up the protocol of the city TEC on the voting results and to cancel its protocol and the resolution on recognizing Terekhov as the elected city mayor. OPORA also demands to oblige the city TEC to refrain from making a decision on the registration of Terekhov by the mayor until a protocol on the results of voting in early elections is drawn up with the mark "
