All checkpoints on the line of contact and on the administrative border with Crimea led to a single standard similar to the checkpoints in Schastya and Novotroitsk and transferred to the balance of one state enterprise. " As explained in the department, earlier each checkpoint belonged to the management of various structures, and therefore difficulties arose with their technical arrangement, creating conditions for people crossing the contact line in Donetsk and Luhansk regions and the administrative border with Crimea. The regime and service zones of the checkpoint, according to the document, are equipped with temporary modular structures based on collapsible structures, with appropriate protection against small arms damage. It was also determined that the territory adjacent to the checkpoint is the territory outside the regime and service zones within a radius of no more than 50 m. from them, or to the carriageway, if the distance to it is less than 50 m.
