The occupying Russian pipeline troops left their location near the Biyuk-Karasu river below the Taigan reservoir dam, from where they pumped water for the needs of Simferopol. Crimea reports. Realities.

The military cleared the area, but all pipelines remained in place and ready for use at any time.

The descent of water from the Taigansky and Belogorsky reservoirs was suspended, and the once full-flowing Biyuk-Karasu river began to look like a stream.

At the same time, a small unit of the Russian military remained at the site of the unit's deployment to ensure the safety of the pipeline.

Earlier, the Russian head of the annexed Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, said that before the arrival of cold weather, the transfer of water from the Taigan reservoir to Simferopol would be stopped.

Already at the beginning of December, out of 15 pipes, water flowed from only half of the pipes with a weak pressure.

On December 18, the water supply from the Taigan reservoir was stopped.
