Former Deputy Dobkin headed the Sumy region

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree appointing Vasily Khoma as head of the Sumy Regional State Administration. The corresponding decree No. 509/2020, signed on November 23, 2020, was published on the president's website. Zelensky also signed decree No. 508/2020, which freed Sergei Pakholchuk from his temporary duties as head of the Sumy Regional State Administration.

As reported, the appointment of Khoma to the post of head of the Sumy Regional State Administration was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on November 11. In the 2010 presidential elections in Ukraine, Khoma was the first deputy head of the Kharkiv regional election headquarters of Viktor Yanukovych. Since March 2010, he worked as Deputy Head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Mikhail Dobkin for organizational and legal issues - Head of the Regional State Administration.
