The National Anti-Corruption Bureau is looking for a deputy of the last convocation from the Popular Front faction Denis Dzenzersky.

As follows from the message, Dzenzersky is hiding from the investigation since December 5, 2019. He is suspected of declaring 4.7 billion hryvnia of financial obligations. About this writes UP.

In November 2019, Dzensersky was informed of suspicion, and since he was not at the place of residence then, this was done by mail and “by electronic communication”.

Law enforcement officers found that during 2015-2018, the former deputy, in order to hide information about his real property status, did not declare that he had unfulfilled financial obligations to banking institutions for the above amount.

In 2018, NAPK sent reasonable conclusions to NABU based on the results of a full verification of declarations for 2015 and 2016 submitted by Dzenzersky.

In total, Dzenzersky did not indicate in the declaration financial obligations in the amount of UAH 4823 675 079.14.

Obligations of the former people's deputy arose on the basis of decisions of the Babushkinsky and Zhovtnevy district courts of Dnepropetrovsk. The court entered into force the decision to recover from the people's deputy as a guarantor for the obligations of debt under loan agreements.

We are talking about PJSC "
