For 2 months of painstaking work, the engineers of the consolidated mine clearance group of the National Guard of Ukraine group in OTU “Sever” of the United Forces examined a territory with a total area of \u200b\u200babout 14 hectares. During this time, sappers found more than three hundred ammunition and about 3,500 rounds of ammunition for various types of small arms.

Engineers of the National Guard continue to clean the territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions from explosive, including improvised, items.

According to the commander of the group, senior lieutenant Ruslan Tishchenko, a lot of time is spent on searching. Dangerous finds may be in the most unexpected places.
