The High Anti-Corruption Court rejected the application of the Prosecutor General Ruslan Ryaboshapki for the detention of People's Deputy Yaroslav Dubnevich.

The decision was announced on the evening of November 2, reports LB. ua.

Instead, he was assigned a preventive measure in the form of a pledge of 100 million hryvnia with an electronic bracelet.

Money must be paid within five days.

The investigating judge believes that such a pledge will ensure the fulfillment by Dubnevich of his procedural obligations. He must appear at the first request of the investigating judge or prosecutor, report a change of place of residence, refrain from communicating with the defendants in criminal proceedings and deposit his passport.

Dubnevich is charged with causing losses in the amount of 93.277 million hryvnias.
