The members of the Commission came to the conclusion that the registrar carried out state registration of the right to use the complex of the Pochaev Lavra facilities with violations of the requirements of the current legislation.

This decision was canceled, and the state registrar, who made it, blocked access to the state register of rights to real estate.

On November 16, it was reported that the prosecutor's office of the Ternopil region began a pre-trial investigation into violations when the UOC-MP granted the right to use the Pochayev monastery.

The facilities of the Pochaev Lavra were transferred for use by the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate until 2052 with the right of prolongation. They were withdrawn from the Kremenets-Pochayevsky Reserve in 2003.

This order was not executed, so in the summer of 2018 the Ministry of Culture ordered the reserve to take these facilities to the balance. Both the reserve and the monastery applied for documents..
