And Russian propagandists and their Ukrainian clientella will especially try to multiply these theories and forecasts.. Agree on everything! Trump will surrender Ukraine! Exchange it for Syria! Getting close!.

So, you do not need to take all these predictions seriously. They just can't agree on anything.. By definition.

First, it is worth noting that the meeting, which will be held on November 11, became known less than three weeks before its holding.. This fact itself indicates that it is impossible to talk about any such serious agreements, the parties simply will not have time to agree on them..

Secondly, Trump and Putin have different ideas about the agreements. By and large, each of them understands by agreement the surrender of the enemy. But they act differently.. Trump prefers to overturn the table and agree on what new place to install furniture. Putin prefers to overturn the table and agree on how to consider the overturned table unopened. Thus, leaders live on different planets - so that they don’t talk about "chemistry" between two middle-aged "daffodils".

That is why John Bolton, who is in the White House entrusted to seek agreements with Putin, came to Moscow "without an olive branch," as he told his complacent interlocutor in the Kremlin. The United States is ready for a new arms race, they will tighten sanctions - but all this may not happen if Putin makes concessions.

But only Putin will not go. It’s better to simply “exaggerate” Trump as he waited for Obama - than to give in to him. Putin is waiting for Trump to understand: you can be friends and negotiate with Russia. But on Russian terms. I do not understand - the problem of Trump, in a few years will be the next Trump, this is the fourth in Putin’s memory. Give in to everyone - Russia is not enough.

The fact that the absence of concessions will sooner or later lead to the collapse of the Russian regime and even the statehood itself does not care for Putin - because he does not believe in it..

And the collapse of the USSR is not an example for him, because he is confident that this collapse is the result of a conspiracy. What Putin is doing is preventing a new conspiracy, strengthening special services, suppressing dissent, building a police state.

This is his answer to America - and neither Trump nor Bolton is able to understand such a logic and find the right approach to it.. And this logic implies the impossibility of agreements: there is nothing to negotiate when you are in parallel realities.
