Prosecutor's office showed Poklonskaya suspicion of committing war crimes

The Prosecutor General's Office prepared and signed a suspicion to the ex-prosecutor of Crimea, the “deputy” of the State Duma of Russia Natalia Poklonskaya.

The public prosecutor Yury Lutsenko reported about it during a briefing on October 10.

According to him, Poklonskaya suspected of violating the laws and customs of war - Article 438 of the Criminal Code.

"Today, Natalya Poklonskaya has received the status of a suspect, according to which a report on suspicion was drawn up and signed in the morning because, as a so-called prosecutor of the Republic of Crimea, she violated the laws and customs of war," Lutsenko said.

He noted that the qualification of the Poklonskaya case concerns the category of war crimes.
