Analog broadcasting will continue in Kharkov, Sumy and Chernigov regions

In 16 settlements of Sumy, Kharkov and Chernigov regions analogue broadcasting will remain, since this territory is borderline with the aggressor country. This was announced at a press conference of the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine.

In addition, analogue broadcasting will be fully preserved both in Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

According to the National Council, in the Sumy region will broadcast on air 18 television channels, in Kharkov - 20, Chernigov - 15. Transmitters will work in Chernigov, Koryukovka, the Hills, Novgorod-Seversky, Shostka, Belopole, Sumy, Trostyants, Akhtyrka, Bogodukhov, Kharkov, Velik Burluk, Koliodezn, Dvurechnaya, Kupyansk.

In the Donetsk region will be broadcast 26 TV channels, in Lugansk - 14 TV channels.



In addition, in the Kherson region will continue to work 10 transmitters. The National Council has already issued permits for temporary broadcasting to two TV channels, they will be broadcasting from Chongar and Chaplinki. Thus, in the south of the country analog TV.

"In other territories that are not under the influence of the aggressor state or influence from the occupied territories, there will be no analogue, and this process is irreversible," said Sergei Kostinsky, a member of the National Council.
