Oleg Lyashko stressed that the state should undertake social obligations to renew the nutrition of children in schools, kindergartens.

Oleg Lyashko also noted that Kharkov is an example of how to feed the children of preschool age from the local budget. Such program, insists the People's Deputy, should be extended to the whole country - preschool and school-age children should receive food from the state budget.
