In the Kharkiv region, the Security Service of Ukraine stopped the activities of a private commercial enterprise that supplied components for the production capacities of ZAO Lugansk Cartridge Plant located on the territory of the Luhansk region, which is not controlled by the Ukrainian authorities.

Law enforcers found that on the basis of drawings obtained from a plant controlled by terrorists, a private entrepreneur manufactured nodes for repairing the machine line.

The attacker planned to send the finished products illegally through the line of demarcation.

Operatives of special services detained a businessman in accordance with art.. 208 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine along with the production department after shipment of a batch of spare parts.

In the framework of open criminal proceedings, an attacker was informed of a suspected crime committed. 1 st. 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Now the issue of electing an entrepreneur a preventive measure in the form of detention. Investigative actions are continuing.
