The mass production of ammunition in accordance with NATO standards was started in Ukraine. This is stated in the message "Ukroboronproma" in Facebook.

So, KP "Shostkinsky state plant" Impulse ", which is part of GC Ukroboronprom, together with" Kuznitsa on Rybatskaya ", began mass production of ammunition for a 40-mm automatic grenade launcher - PGOF-40.

Let us note that PGOF-40 is a high-explosive fragmentation grenade with a size of 40x53 mm, which corresponds to the standard of ammunition in NATO before automatic grenade launchers.

It is also reported that the plant has mastered the production of special inert 40 mm PGI-40 ammunition, which are used to target an automatic grenade launcher and train personnel.

Also, the production of VOG-25V is being mastered, which are intended for firing from stalk grenade launchers for machines that are in service with the power structures of Ukraine.
