According to the university command, now the future reserve officers pass the final stage of training. Their main task is to acquire skills and skills in fulfilling their official duties in the future military-accounting specialty.

A feature of current fees is the practical focus of all types of activities. Also, much of the time is devoted to practical exercises at the tactical training ground of the KNUVS, where cadets master the skills of conducting combined arms combat. An obligatory element of this final stage of training is the passage of a psychological obstacle course and the development of questions of rendering first aid, familiarization with elements of tactical medicine.

The vast majority of officers - commanders of training units are participants in combat operations that performed tasks in the area of ??conducting ATO / OOS. Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine willingly share their combat experience with the future defenders of Ukraine.

At the end of July, the graduates of the reserve officers training faculty under the contract of KhNUV will solemnly take the Military oath of allegiance to the Ukrainian people and subsequently they will be given the military rank "junior lieutenant of the reserve".
