US President Donald Trump does not consider the possibility of the United States withdrawing from the World Trade Organization, despite its disappointment with it.

He said this on the eve of a conversation with journalists on the "Border Number One", heading to the golf club in New Jersey, reported The Hill.

"I'm not talking about getting out (from the WTO)," Trump said when media representatives asked him to clarify his position after the media became aware of this possibility.

In this regard, he noted that he was discussing this idea privately with his advisors. As the publication emphasizes, this could completely change the situation in international trade.

"They treated us very badly, it's unfair," the current US president explained his approach.

As you know, Donald Trump is a longtime critic of the WTO. During the pre-election campaign, he stated that other countries took advantage of trade with the US because previous presidents had "bad" negotiations.
