A sabotage at the warehouses of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in the city of Balakleya, Kharkiv region, which took place in March 2017, was staged with the help of a drone, which is in service with the Russian army.

"The main version is the use of a shock unmanned vehicle, which arrived from outside the territory of Ukraine, bombed and returned back," he said..

According to him, the model of this UAV was demonstrated at the parade of the Russian armed forces on the Red Square in Moscow on May 9.

Matios noted that the investigation has no information about who commanded this operation.

Recall that on the night of March 23, 2017, a fire broke out in storage depots of ammunition located near the Balakleya of the Kharkov region. From the city and nearby villages 20 000 people were evacuated. The fire destroyed 70% of the ammunition.
