US Secretary of State Michael Pompeo and foreign ministers of NATO member countries confirmed that the North Atlantic alliance will not return to normal work with Russia until the Minsk agreements are fulfilled, US State Department spokesman Heather Neuert said..

"Pompeo Secretary of State and NATO foreign ministers (member countries) confirmed that the North Atlantic alliance will not return to normal operation with Russia until Russia fulfills its obligations under the Minsk accords, withdraws its forces and ceases support of the controlled forces in Donbass and regain control over Crimea, Ukraine, "wrote Neuert on Twitter.

Sec. Pompeo and NATO Foreign Ministers reaffirm: #NATO will not return to business as usual with #Russia until Russia fulfills its obligations under the Minsk agreements, withdraws forces and support for proxies in the #Donbas, and returns control of #Crimea to #Ukraine.
