Immediately after the popular approval of himself as Russia's chief commander, Putin announced the start of an election campaign. Not the farce that could be observed the last three months, but the real struggle for higher posts, writes the Russian military expert, the deputy editor of the EH Alexander Golts.

The struggle will be specific: to prove its usefulness, to propose programs, to throw out piles of compromising evidence on competitors, applicants will not be for Russian citizens, but for one single person - Putin V. Arriving in his election headquarters immediately after the closure of polling stations, he said: "As for the chairman of the government and the government as a whole. Of course, I'm thinking about this, I begin to think about it from the very beginning, because it was necessary to wait for the election results. But all changes will be announced after the inauguration ".

Most recently, Putin explained his ostentatious reluctance to announce his intention to participate in the presidential election by not wanting to unnecessarily irritate officials. They say, he should inform him of his intention to lead the country once again, and immediately the representatives of the ruling class will plunge into the frightened expectation of their fate. Therefore, tireless work for the benefit of the subordinate population is frozen. But now Putin has decided to nevertheless immerse his associates in a state close to hysteria. I must say that this is his favorite amusement: after all, bringing the associates to the brink of a nervous breakdown, and you can check whether they are sincere in their assurances of selfless love.

In general, the next six months we will see how the evil boy will treat his chestnuts with slices of meat on a string, and then pull these pieces back. After that their ability to stand on their hind legs will be immediately checked. I remember, Sergei Ivanov could not stand such a test at the time. In 2007, when Putin plunged into the thought of electing a successor, Ivanov was informed that he had been appointed head of government, and, therefore, a future president. And after a couple of hours it turned out that the post had received another "technical prime minister". Ivanov could not stand it and allowed at a meeting with foreigners a pair of not very correct remarks about Putin. And he was distant from the chief for the entire time of Medvedev's presidency.

Officials are expected not only fraudulent caresses and endless humiliations. Ahead of another war of power clans to destroy. Such fights under the carpet marked almost every new Putin's accession. In 2004, Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov was promptly dismissed on the eve of the election, who was rumored to have been suspected of almost preparing a coup. In 2007, there was a fight between the FSB and the State Drug Control Service, whose then head blamed his colleagues from the Lubyanka for forgetting the noble ideals of Chekism and degenerating into traffickers. As a result of confrontation, both departments lost their leaders. True, former FSB director Nikolai Patrushev turned out to be Secretary of the Security Council. In 2011, the Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor's Office agreed. Those who were then in the role of chips in the cutting of the powerful forest, sat down seriously and for a long time.

And now a new unprecedented battle is starting. In the Moscow City Court at a hearing on the criminal case of a particularly large bribe allegedly received by the ex-head of the Investigative Committee Mikhail Maksimenko for assisting in the re-qualification of the prosecution two improvised thieves in the law of Shakro Molodoy, the witness was made by the head of the capital's GSS,. At the same time, the prosecution did not want to call the main Moscow investigator to court.

But the general, in his words, came to "seek protection and understanding". According to Drymanov, having held his deputy Nikandrov for a year and a half in jail, FSB officers obtained from that testimony to the chief. He, they say, gave Drymanov a bribe of 10 thousand euros "for promotion in service". The chief of the Moscow detectives, without hesitation, points out that the reason for these accusations in the unfolded interdepartmental competition. According to him, rumors about the creation of a single Federal Investigation Service have a real basis. Once again, it is planned to create a single investigative service: "Now the situation is the same as in a fable about a swan, a cancer and a pike, when different departments are investigating and interfering with each other. Work on the creation of such a service is already underway ".

As part of this reform, the investigation departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB should join the Investigative Committee. They do not like these prospects. And, according to Drymanov, they rushed to "demonize the TFR" and its pure, like lambs, leaders. The matter was aggravated by the fact that the FSB leaders hastened to report on the successful investigation of the corruption crime "to the highest level", so they simply "had no other choice" except to continue this matter.

In the coming weeks, we will still witness unexpected revelations.

However, I would not be in a hurry to get comfortable with the TV and store popcorn. Unfortunately, these bulldogs, most likely, will not be limited to intraspecies gnawing. They will have to prove their own usefulness. And so, subordinates will be required to "improve indicators" at this historic moment, and, perhaps even worse, to "search for pests". The chances of an ordinary person to fall under the crossfire during the clash of different detachments of princesses of oprichniki are resolutely increasing.
