The verdict of the Chuguevsky Town Court of February 23 was published in the Single Register of Judicial Decisions, transfers Depo.. Kharkiv.

According to the court, the accused on March 6, 2014 was drafted into military service under a contract and sent to the military unit - field post B0946, which is stationed in the village Desna of the Chernigov region.

After that, he was transferred to the military unit - field post B6250 (the city of Chuguev, Kharkov region), where he was appointed to the position of an operator of an anti-aircraft missile platoon of an antiaircraft battery of an antiaircraft rocket artillery battalion.

However, on August 17, 2016, the military left the unit voluntarily and did not return until December 13, 2017.

The court also found that the military is characterized mediocrely in the service, but is a participant in the fighting.

The court found the man guilty of committing a crime by h. 4 items. 407 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and appointed him a sentence of four years of imprisonment with a probation period of one year.
