As a basis for the bill on amending some laws on improving the issues of military service in order to ensure the full functioning of the APU.

The bill proposes to provide for the possibility of dismissal from military service and expulsion from military personnel lists of servicemen who are absent from the duty station without valid reasons for more than two months.

Corresponding amendments are proposed in articles 8, 10-1, 15 of the law "On the social and legal protection of servicemen and members of their families", article 9 of the law "On pension provision for persons discharged from military service and some other persons", and also in Article 26 of the Law "On Military Duty and Military Service".
