The article also applies to border guards who serve on the CPVV on the line of demarcation, as well as representatives of the public formation that guard the state border.
The bill also provides for an increase in fines for violating the rules for the registration and stay of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine to 1,700-5,100 hryvnia.
The document also added a new article - for the willful entry into Ukraine by a foreigner, despite the ban, the penalty will be from 1700 to 5100 hryvnia.
Violation of the order of entry into temporarily occupied territories will be subject to a fine of 3400-5100 hryvnia, and repeatedly a group of persons or within a year - up to 8500 hryvnia. At the same time, fines can be imposed only within three months from the date of detection of the violation and not later than a year from the date of its commission.
Illegal entry into the zone of the Anti-Terrorist Operation for the first time - 510-850 UAH, and repeatedly throughout the year or by the group - UAH 850-1190.
However, if a foreigner with violations tried to get to the temporarily occupied territory or the zone of carrying out ATU, he is forbidden to enter Ukraine for three years. Violate this ban - for another ten years.
The document also provides that frontier guards will be provided with breast cameras, as well as representatives of the National Police.
The document comes into force on the day after its publication in the official publication, but not completely. In particular, only three months after this, they will be fined for illegally entering the zone of conducting ATO.
