The official notification says that official Kiev will not refuse to impose agreements adopted in Minsk. In the east of the country, the war has been going on for four years, but Russia has not fulfilled any point of the Minsk agreements, especially with regard to the provision for the disposition of heavy weapons and Russian armored vehicles.

The leadership of the Kremlin once again criticized this statement of Kiev, noting that the adoption of the law "On the reintegration of Donbass" once again proves Ukraine's aggressive stance towards the internal conflict and plays into the hands of political forces that benefit from the war in the east.

As reported in URA-Inform, former Ukrainian President Leonid Kravchuk believes that in the east of Ukraine the appearance of a contingent of "blue helmets" is unlikely.
