The Regulatory Committee does not know when it will start considering the submission on Bakulin

The Committee has no information whether the MP was acquainted with the content of the submission. This was announced on Thursday, February 22, by the acting chairman of the committee, Pavel Pynzenyk.

According to him, the committee has addressed the relevant request to the head of parliament, will receive an answer and then will understand when the five-day term for explaining them will end. At the same time, Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andrei Parubiy states that the MP from the "Opposition Block" faction Yevgeny Bakulin, on which the Attorney General of Ukraine submitted to the parliament a motion to remove the immunity of the deputy, detention and arrest, does not communicate.

His assistants stopped picking up the phone. But the law stipulates that he has five days.

If he does not use this right, the regulatory committee will consider the submission, "Parubius assured, recalling that 20 days are envisaged for the procedure of consideration of the representation of the Prosecutor General.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, February 16, 2018, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko signed a submission on the consent to bring to criminal responsibility, detention and the election of a preventive measure to the people's deputy from the faction "Opposition block" Yevgeny Bakulin.

According to the Prosecutor General, Bakulin is an acting People's Deputy, but Ukraine has not visited Ukraine for a long time.
