It was scheduled for six o'clock in the evening on Friday, February 16, but did not take place. This was announced on Monday evening, February 19, on the air of one of the Ukrainian TV channels, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin.

According to him, the meeting was postponed several times. And as a result, by calling to each other, we agreed that it will be held in the near future, "the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry explained, adding that the meeting in the" Norman "format on the margins of the Munich Security Conference did not take place for various reasons.

German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel went to Berlin to meet the freed Turkish journalist, and so did not have time to return. Regarding the French minister, he could not attend the meeting from the very beginning, - explained Klimkin.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the meeting of the "Norman Quartet" at the level of the Foreign Ministers was scheduled for February 16. Due to the fact that the German Foreign Minister was forced to urgently leave for Berlin, it was postponed to February 17. However, on Saturday the meeting also did not take place.
