Then dozens of people were injured, and the governor of the Kharkov region Mikhail Dobkin stood up for the defense of "angels with an inquisitive eye," as he called athletes with armature. The trials continue to this day, and the curators and defenders of the "angels" are still in high positions.

Special help from the "Golden Eagle" Working day February 19, 2014 for the crew of the TV channel "STB" Maria Malevskaya and Alexander Brynza began like many other working days of the times of EuroMaidan. The journalists went to shoot the action near the Academy of Internal Troops (now - the Academy of the National Guard). There was a rumor that the cadets should be taken to Kiev, where these days there was the most active confrontation and were the first victims. Activists gathered near the university to not let out buses. Reporters "STB" then did not suspect that they themselves would not be observers, but heroes of the plots - a target for the "Berkutovites".

Many days later, on numerous ships, Maria and Alexander will remember how it was: around 5 pm the special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs went to Maydanov, they were pushed back, and some were knocked to the ground and finished off with truncheons. At that time, on the other hand, dozens of strong sportsmen came up in the light green vests of road workers and with batons, which they also set in motion against the protesters. At some point the titles decided to switch to journalists and attacked Alexander Brynzu. Masha ran to the policemen for help.

- They went to meet me and with a swing began to beat - first of all, on the camera and microphone. A man in the uniform of the "Golden Eagle" and with the smell of alcohol said: "Aha, STB, and here I am only with Grushevsky, I lay in the hospital, get it, here you are for Grushevsky," Maria said after a few months at the hearing.

"Berkut" and titles triumphed: Alexander Brynza was beaten, several television cameras were broken by several of his colleagues, more than a dozen Euro-Maidans were injured from clubs. 12 of them were detained and taken to the district department, there were also wounded people who were denied medical help. 11 people arrested the court for 15 days for "group violation of public order".

The next day, the then head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Mikhail Dobkin, known for his antipathy towards EuroMaidan, went out to a press conference and actually confessed to the coordination of the titles.

- This "Ukrainian Front" reported that there are representatives of the People's Guard. How do they look? As angels rescuers. With beautiful faces and with a very, you know, inquisitive look. Identify all violators and incinerate them with a look, - said Dobkin. - As for the activists of the "Ukrainian Front", we have indeed, for seven days, been constantly sending people to Kiev with a certain rotation to help,.

Then the head of the region said that the journalists were to blame themselves - they climbed up behind the "fried facts".

Judicial Days A few days later, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych fled the country. The leadership of the bodies of internal affairs and the prosecutor's office was replaced. According to the results of the massacre, several criminal proceedings were opened under the walls of the academy. In the winter of 2015, an indictment was sent to the court regarding the former deputy head of the city police department of Kharkov, Alexander Gapura. He is accused of official negligence. The trial is still on. The first judge in the case was Denis Chudovsky - the one who gave the Maydanovs beaten under the academy for 15 days of arrest. Soon he was fired, and the case was examined first.

The lawyer of ex-policeman Alexander Gunchenko is sure that the court will justify his client.

The video, which captured the events of that day, shows how a man, exactly like Gapura, follows the crowd of titles - as if the boss controlled the actions of subordinates. The chief of Gapura himself, and. the head of the Kharkov city militia Igor Nazarenko successfully migrated to the police, passed the re-certification and now he heads the Novovodolazhsky district department.

Another policeman - the commander of the special forces "Grifon" Sergei Slobodyanyuk - also awaits a court decision. He is accused of abuse of office, court sessions are being postponed all the time. None of the "Berkut", who beat journalists and activists, failed to establish. According to the investigator, a hardware store on the steps of which the commandos beat Alexander Brynzu, did not provide them with a videotape of the incident - they say, they did not record the cameras. For some reason, it was not possible to establish the identity of the policemen and other means available to the investigation.

- Each time a special unit enters a task, it has a clear "layout": one person becomes at point A, the other at point B, another at point B. All the places up to a meter are known - where and who costs. Why were not people found who stood on specific points - a question of political will. It is clear that in the "Golden Eagle" they did not give their employees - they did not want them to be punished. Why the prosecutor's office did not get the extradition of these schemes - it's unclear, - Maria Malevskaya.

At Will and Honor The only verdict on the events of February 19 was made only to the carrier of the ATP "Carousel" Pavel Sabchuk. Investigators of the prosecutor's office found that he had brought up titles to the Academy of Internal Troops. Moreover - the buses were removed from the city routes. Sabchuk was acquitted - for the reason that he allegedly did not know the purpose for which the transport. The investigators nevertheless established that the buses were removed from the routes after a call from the Department of Transport of the City Council. Who called, though, did not find out. But the prosecutor's office appealed and do not lose hope.

- I believe that the investigation collected enough evidence for those who were suspected. We stand for our position in the appellate and cassational courts and hope that the Supreme Court will decide in our favor, "said the regional prosecutor Yury Danilchenko.

By the way, the Department of Transport and Communications in February 2014 was headed by Sergei Dulfan. He manages it to this day, free from any charges and investigative actions.

Investigators also managed to establish an organizer of collection and delivery of titles to the Academy. He was deputy chairman of the regional organization of the Party of Regions for working with young people Roman Dobriansky - a friend and direct subordinate of the head of the Leninsky district Maxim Museev. After the victory of the Revolution of Dignity, Dobryansky fled to the Crimea, and from there to Georgia. He is charged with hooliganism and organization of obstacles to the activities of journalists. Last year, Georgian police detained the leader of the titles, however, the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office still can not achieve his extradition. Meanwhile, the friend and former boss of Dobriansky Maxim Museev did not run anywhere - he is still a deputy of the city council and the head of the now Kholodnogorsky district. To him law enforcement officers have no questions.

Mikhail Dobkin, who in February's February 2014 interview actually confessed to sending titles to Kiev, is accused of fraudulent urban land under a cooperative scheme, but is going to move to Kiev, register his party and go to presidential elections next year.

Crimes committed against Euromaydan, four years later the new government remained undisclosed not only in Kharkov.
