According to Ljungman, the Ukrainian authorities should immediately submit for consideration of the bill on the anti-corruption court.

Also, when considering this bill, the parliament must take into account all the amendments envisaged by the IMF's financing program and the recommendations of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe.

In addition, the fund insists on ensuring additional progress in other deferred activities necessary to achieve the program's objectives, including measures in the energy and fiscal sectors.

As previously reported in URA-Inform, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy and Justice informally processes the presidential draft law on Higher Anti-Corruption Court.
