According to him, Europe is now in a state of turbulence and is not ready to repel world threats by its own forces - the boule is a nuclear war or a large-scale biological catastrophe. Stoltenberg is strongly dissatisfied with the exit of the UK from the EU, since now more than 80 percent of the profitability of NATO will be received from states that are members of the European Union.

It is worth reinforcing the discussion on the security of the European region, because in 2018 countries will face not only internal threats of cyber attacks or terrorism, but also the possibility of external interference and violation of sovereignty.

"We will talk about many things, most of the issues are not secondary," concludes the head of NATO.

As reported in "Ura-Inform," the Secretary-General of the alliance, Jens Stoltenberg, said that Ukraine's accession to NATO could be considered after Kiev carried out a defense reform.
