According to the Polish Radio, referring to the information of the Constitutional Court, information on the president's representation in the Constitutional Court is called "Countering the falsification of Polish history, protecting the good name of the Republic of Poland and the Polish people".

At the same time, the updated law says - "the actions committed by Ukrainian nationalists in 1925-1950, consisting in using violence, terror and other forms of human rights violations against individuals and groups of people". The law also states that such crimes were the participation of Ukrainian nationalists in the extermination of Jews and the committing of the killing of citizens of the AI ??of the Republic of Poland in Volhynia and in Eastern Malopolska.

However, the president protested the provisions of the updated law on the INP, which used the turnover of "Ukrainian nationalists" and "East Malopolska" - explained in court.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the President of Poland Andrzej Duda on Thursday, February 15, sent a law on the National Memory Institute to the Constitutional Court of the country.

The President believes that the provisions of the law should be accurate enough that every citizen, after reading them, understood whether his behavior could be punishable or not, - explained in the office.
