The government of the country condemns all crimes committed during the Second World War in occupied Poland, regardless of the nationality of their perpetrators and victims. On Friday morning, February 2, in a statement published on the website of the Polish government, Prime Minister Mateusz Moravetsky.

He also assured that the concentration camps on the territory of his country were not Polish. This truth must be protected because it is part of the truth about the Holocaust, "he said, adding that he was sympathetic to Israel's position, and the culture of Polish Jews remained" an integral part of the Polish heritage ".

In addition, according to Moravetsky, statements about the Polish camps not only deny Nazi crimes, but also falsify history with attributing responsibility for these actions to victims of crimes.

At the same time, in his address Moravetsky did not touch upon the introduction of criminal responsibility for the propaganda of the "Bandera ideology".

Recall that the Polish Senate on the night of February 1, 2018, without amendments, adopted a scandalous law on the National Memory Institute, which provides for criminal liability for the so-called "Bandera ideology".

As reported URA-Inform, the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Arlem Desire, said that the Polish law banning "Bandera ideology" should be rejected.
