According to the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, both sides agreed with the need to strengthen the OSCE mission in Ukraine and improve its technical equipment in the face of the security and humanitarian situation in the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions occupied by Russia.

At the same time, Klimkin noted that the Russian practice of restricting the activities of the OSCE CMM in the occupied territories is unacceptable. In particular, the mission monitors should have free and unhindered access throughout Ukraine, including in the occupied territories of the Crimea and Donbass.
