It is noted that the representatives of the parties Christian Democratic Union, Christian Social Union and the German Social Democratic Party agreed on the reunification of the families of refugees who have already arrived in Germany and obtained here the status of asylum seeker.

Members of the FRG Coalition reached a compromise on migration policy issues. The suspension of the process of reuniting families of refugees of certain categories will last until July 31 of this year.

It is a question of those who have received the limited status of the asylum seeker. Consequently, the arrival in Germany of up to 1,000 members of refugee families of this category will be allowed monthly.

It is expected that the relevant agreed bill should be adopted as early as February 1 of this year.

Recall, as previously reported in URA-Inform, German Chancellor Angela Merkel is confident that in early January she will be able to form a stable coalition.
