If there is a reasonable understanding that changing the location will be beneficial, then we will move. This Monday, January 22, at a press conference on the results of Ukrainian diplomacy in 2017 and priorities of 2018, said Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin.

At the same time, the head of the agency explained that the problem of what is happening on the Minsk site is the problem of reluctance to understand what is happening. Now the status of those who represent Donbass is clear to us. Minsk, Astana or some other place is not decisive, "the minister said, adding that he does not see how the transfer of the Minsk site to Astana will provide Ukraine with the advantages.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, January 18, President of the United States of America Donald Trump proposed to transfer from Minsk to Kazakhstan negotiations on the settlement of the conflict in the Donbass.

In turn, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Ashikbayev said that Kazakhstan will consider the possibility of holding negotiations on the settlement of the conflict in the Donbass on its territory, if such an appeal is received.
