It is noted that the presidential election was appointed by the speaker of the Parliament of Montenegro, Ivan Bryovitch. However, if none of the candidates gets more than 50 percent during the first round, the second will take place in two weeks.
In turn, the current president of the country, Philip Vujanovic, has no right to stand for election because he served as president for two five-year terms.
