Prosecutors were able to provide the court with the proper arguments that the released prisoner Junkeras can again engage in anti-constitutional actions. The lawyers of the defendant are sure that Junkeras is the legitimate and legitimately elected head of Catalonia, and therefore he should be released on bail.

The former president himself claims to be a deeply religious person, and therefore denies any violence and stands for cooperation and constructive dialogue between Barcelona and Madrid.

Recall, Junkeras and his supporters were taken into custody in November in a charge in an anti-constitutional sign against the government and holding a referendum for the independence of Catalonia from Spain.

As reported in the "URA-Inform", the former leader of Catalonia Carles Puicdemont insists that Madrid restored his government in Catalonia.
