In the EU, it is expected that Ukraine will fulfill what was agreed upon, and not receive all new proposals.
This was stated by the expert of the Berlin SWP center Susan Stewart, Deutsche Welle reports.
According to her, until now the model worked, when the EU offered something to Ukraine, for example visa-free regime, and put forward a list of requirements.
"Now this phase has passed. In the EU, it is expected that Ukraine will fulfill what was agreed upon, and not receive all new proposals. However, the Ukrainian side has expectations of constant new proposals, "says Stewart.
She warns that these disagreements - in both expectations and readiness to do something - are becoming a source of increasing problems.
