Not indifferent Russians and supporters of Navalny organized a campaign to collect votes from cities throughout the federation so that Russian citizens could nominate Navalny as a self-nominated. According to the results of the collection of votes, it was found out that 1797 voters voted in favor of Alexei in St. Petersburg, 860 Russians voted in support of Navalny in Rostov-on-Don, 800 Rostovites said "yes" and in Ufa 738 people supported the oppositionist.
In Moscow, on the territory of one of the local beaches, a tent was installed, where volunteers worked and collected more than 700 votes in support of Navalny. Alexei himself said that at the end of the day he personally will go to the CEC and submit his candidacy for the presidency.
As reported in the "URA-Inform", the Central Election Commission of Russia received 29 applications from candidates for the post of president of the Russian state.
